Do I need a credit card to start?
All paid plans (Team, Growth, Enterprise) include a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. Musicians never pay anything. You only need payment details to continue after your trial or to connect Stripe for musician payouts.
Are there fees on musician payouts?
WorshipFill charges no platform fee on musician payouts. Standard Stripe payment processing fees apply when churches pay invoices (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction via card, lower for ACH). Founding members receive 0% platform fees on all transactions.
What is Planning Center sync and do I need it?
Planning Center (PCO) is a service management platform used by many churches. Both Team and Growth plans include PCO OAuth sync so WorshipFill can import your service types, team positions, and service dates — eliminating duplicate data entry. Growth adds auto-sync and scheduled imports on top of that. If you don't use PCO, Team still covers all core scheduling needs.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of your billing period. Your data is never deleted.
What is the Founding Member discount?
